Built it at 30 Seconds to Fly from an early neural-network prototype, then kept shipping it at enterprise scale after the American Express GBT acquisition: production pipelines for intent recognition, entity extraction, and multi-turn dialogue management, plus the model-evaluation infrastructure that tracked regressions between releases.
